We had an excellent 2-hour consultation about the redesign of our dining room. Rachel gave me lots of ideas about all aspects including colour, furniture, lighting, and blinds etc.
I now have lots of options to take forward myself with her back up if needed. Very helpful!

Rachel helped us redesign our hallway and boot room, and was a pleasure to work with. She initially visited to look at the existing design and take measurements. She returned a few weeks later with a presentation full of ideas that we would never have thought of! She drew up a design for the boot room and put us in contact with an excellent joiner Simon who did a fantastic job. I was particularly struggling with which wood to choose for the floor and Rachel helped me decide.
We now have a stylish and functional boot room and a very sophisticated hallway which we are delighted with. We would highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel has been assisting and advising me on redesigning my kitchen/dining area and my young adult son's bedroom. I have found her extensive knowledge invaluable in making decisions about numerous aspects of both rooms. She always takes time to talk things through carefully with me and comes ready with new ideas and concepts which, alone, I would not have realised. She has helped me make decisions and go forward with plans that previously I would not have had the confidence or foresight to implement. Rachel helped design our new kitchen utility and snug. She took on board everything we asked for and produced a design that fitted our requirements perfectly. Rachel was a joy to work with and her advice and guidance was invaluable, she spent a lot of time with us sourcing and running through designs and colours for the worktops, units, flooring, lighting, carpets, sofa's etc.

Following a recommendation, we asked Rachel to help design our kitchen. Our builder sourced the units but the options were endless! Rachel worked with us in the design and layout of units, colours and worktop/flooring. Very friendly with good ideas, which made the process less stressful. So pleased with our result.

Rachel is a delight to work with. I've known Rachel for a while now but never in the capacity of working on my own home.
I asked Rachel to help me re-design our lounge. It's the only family space we have and as my husband is away a lot, it needed to be warm and inviting to make me feel safe and cosy when it was just me and my daughters. I always loved greys and greens but they'd never given me the warmth I was looking for so Rachel took all my thoughts and helped me find direction. Even with a small spanner in the works when my husband had an opinion... we stayed on track and what we created is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for but never seemed to achieve on my own.
Rachel's direction also allowed me to build the room in stages so I could plan against a budget and the time I could give it. A fantastic experience that I'd highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel. Over the years I have used several Interior Designers but she is the best!!!
Rachel helped us create a beautiful entrance hall in our period farmhouse and is now working on a bedroom project for us. I would love her to work through every room in our house!!!
Rachel listened carefully to my brief at our first meeting. She then created a presentation including suggested main and accent colours, layout, furniture suggestions, window dressing options and lighting which was discussed in detail at our second meeting. Rachel left us with paint and fabric samples and created a shared Pinterest board for further suggestions including accessories for the finishing touches. We were prepared to "start from scratch" but Rachel incorporated existing curtains (adding hold-backs and a complementing roman blind) chairs and a rug into the project whilst creating a completely different and stunning new look. Throughout the project Rachel was completely accessible for advice until the project was finished. She recommended furniture and fabrics for a range of budgets and her overall charges were extremely reasonable considering the time and effort she put in.

​Having used Rachel at H Interiors before, we invited Rachel back to work with us on designing a functional kitchen that made best use of the space whilst meeting the mood of our Victorian house. We were adding quite a big extension to our old victorian house and as we hadn't done anything like this before needed someone to help not only with the interiors but to help us project manage the build. Rachel was invaluable throughout the whole project (which got a lot bigger than anticipated!).
